Paycheck Modeler not calculating Earnings/Deductions after Tax Update 17B

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Paycheck Modeler
2. Add earnings/deductions at the appropriate step within the Paycheck Modeler process
3. Results show a check with zero dollars ($0)
