Exam Resit issue when multiple class association exists and generated on Activity Root

Course that contains multiple class association - Activity Generator;

In this case the generator seems to work as expected in that the academic periods are populated on the second class association and you can generate as normal. The IAM to student enrol process completes as normal and the result rosters are separated based on appropriate class associations. However if a student fails an exam on class association two, after completion of the resit process they appear on the exam resit roster on the first class association and there is no ability to enter a mark.

CS 9.0 Bundle# 45

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Two Class sections LT01 and LT02 with Associated Class field as 1 and 2 respectively
2. Using Activity Generator, Generate activity ID’s for Class Association 1 and 2
3. Run the IAM to Student Enrol Process to add students to the result roster.
4. In the result roster, Notice the Exam Rosters populate as expected, when the resit process is ran for a failed student on the second Class Association, they are entered into the Resit Exam Result Roster in Class Association 1. However, a mark cannot be entered for this student in this Result Roster. This happens regardless of whether or not “Apply to All Activity Roots” is clicked.
In result roster of the Exam Resit Section in Class Association 1 which includes every student from both class associations who failed the exam. The bottom two students are students from the second class association, note the inability to manually enter a result for these two students:

The issue has the following business impact:
