Cannot add future-dated UOM/pricing to Procurement Contract

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Procurement contract will not allow you to add supplier's non-default UOM pricing on contract line when there is future-dated pricing.
1. Update mater item's supplier pricing.
2. Add future dated rows for the supplier's default and non-default UOM's
3. Go to the procurement contract. Add the item to the contract. The supplier's default pricing is automatially populated with the current standard price. It will not allow you to enter other non-default UOMs pricing.
4. You can add multiple UOM's for other items that do not have future dated pricing.
