Phantoms Within Phantoms Are Broken In 9.2 (Doc ID 2328800.1)

Symptoms

Phantoms within phantoms are broken in 9.2 . After upgrading production is no longer properly generating the component list for an item which has a component which is a phantom that itself contains a component which is a phantom. The component list is blank.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make change to Item FR1000 and FR7004 at BU Item definition level
2 Flag these items for Phantom
3. Define the BOM for these items. BOM structure as follows.

FR7004
EX2000 Qty 100 (Note: This is an expense item)
LT5000 Qty 3

FR1000
FR7004 Qty 4

PS1000
FR1000 Qty 5

4. Create a PID for PS1000
5. Review the component list.
6. You will notice that the component list is blank.
