After applying PUM24, the TAM Applicant Detail Report does not merge all enabled Attachments whenever there is more than one Resume in PDF format attached and enabled.
When the Resume is NOT in PDF format, e.g. DOCX, or the Resume is not enabled in the output report, then the report is not produced and the user sees a pop-up error:

An invalid parameter has been passed to one of the following functions: AddAttachment(), ViewAttachment(), or DeleteAttachment().
Users expect to be able to attach Resumes, Cover Letters, Reference Lists and other document types in a variety of formats as described in the Oracle Outside In Technology documentation, used by the Applicant Detail Report.
