CRM 9.2 - 360 Degree View - Related Cases Count Is Shown 0 Even When Related Cases Are Present

Related case count shows zero even when related cases are available.
The count from 360 degree View - Activities section - Global cases Folder - Related cases should reflect the reality when related cases are present.
Step 1:- Go to 360 degree view activities section and add related case check if count changes.
Step 2:- Select a case and click on Go beside add Child case. Check if count changes.
Step 3:- Count the Non Related cases if it goes down, select case not present in Non Related, Related count has not increased
Step 4:- Case present in Related. Related count has not increased.
Step 5:- Related case count shows zero even when related cases are present.
