GPCHE: ISO-20022 Field Size For TAGs Is Too Small, Replaced By Asterix And Causes Validation Errors

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

ISO-20022 Payment file for more than 20'000 salaries and a total amount whith 9 numbers in front of the decimal point cannot be filled up correctly.
Instead of the numbers we get asetrix (**** for the total numebr of payments and *******.** for the total amount of all salary payments).
The field size needs to be enlarged in order to allow the max of payments from standard (99'999) and at least billions for the total amount:
Wrong result for large amounts:

=> this contents does not pass the file validation
