ETL9.2: Auto Enrollment Does Not Work Correctly When Default Workgroup Schedule Is Used. (Doc ID 2329218.1)

Last updated on MARCH 29, 2023

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Time and Labor - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Auto Enrollment does not insert the row into employee's assign works schedule (SCH_ASSIGN)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected the auto-enrollment process would update both Maintain Time Reporter Data and Employee's Assign Work Schedule.

STEPS
-----------------------
1.  Job record exists for the employee

2.  Add new 'Data Change' effective dated row for the employee in JOB to trigger an Auto-enrollment process in Time and Labor.

3.  Use Default schedule on Schedule Group Enrollment (i.e. schedule assigned on workgroup)

4.  Auto-enrollment would be kicked off and it would enroll the employee in time and labor but does not assign a schedule in SCH_ASSIGN
