Symptoms

In PT 8.54, each time users login, the login works fine but in the websphere log files they see an error favicon.ico File not found

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the signon page and login to PT 8.54.
2 Open the websphere STDout.log
3. See the message favicon.ico File not found
