Various Pages and Invoices Are Not Displaying All Transactions on the Student Account Since we Inactivated Some Item Types (Doc ID 2329324.1)

When using the View Customer Accounts component, inactive item types appear in the Detail Transactions view but do not appear in the Items by Term view.

All activity is expected to appear in both the Detail Trans view and also the Items by Term view

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Student Financials > View Customer Accounts
2. Search by EMPLID
3. Under the Additional Information pane, click 'Items by Term' and review the transactions listed.
4. Click 'Return
5. Under the Additional Information pane, click 'Detail Transactions' and review the transactions listed.

The issue has the following business impact:
Users struggle to locate and identify accurate transaction information
