EAP: Applying Bug 25345130 causes SearchProvider - PeopleCode compile error (Doc ID 2329795.1)

Symptoms

Having Bug 25345130 - AP:FINANCIAL SANCTION VALIDATE PUTS SO MANY VENDORS IN R REVIEW STATUS applied, which is included in Image #25, causes the following issues:

ISSUE 1
Asterisk (*) and Double Quotes ("") existing in Supplier data flags the Supplier for Review in Financial Sanctions.

ISSUE 2
An error occurs for the following scenarios when Financial Sanctions is turned off or on.

1.  Add or Update Voucher
2.  Add or Update Supplier
3.  When using Voucher Inquiry

ERROR
PeopleCode compile error (SearchProvider is not a property of class PT_SEARCH:SearchQuery. (2,50) ^ ) for program FS_SDN_SEARCH.SDNSearchEnterprise.OnExecute. (2,405)

OR

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member SearchProvider. (180,236) FS_SDN_SEARCH.SDNSearchEnterprise.OnExecute

ISSUE 3
No rows existing on table, PS_PTSF_SRCH_ENGN, causes an error when Adding or Updating a Voucher or Supplier.

ISSUE 4
On PT 8.54, errors occur when opening the Application Package PeopleCode for FS_SDN_SEARCH.SDNSearchEnterprise.

ERROR
SearchProvider is not a property of class PT_SEARCH:SearchQuery. (2,50) ^

BoostFilterScore is not a method of class PT_SEARCH:SearchFilterGenerator.
(2,52)^

SetBoostModeSum is not a method of class PT_SEARCH:SearchFilterGenerator.
(2,52)^

SetQueryScoreBoostMultiply is not a method of class
PT_SEARCH:SearchFilterGenerator. (2,52)^
