Blank Lines are created when Shipment History is copied in Inventory RMA
Creating a RMA with an existing MSR to return the items Issue: RMA line#1
automatically populates; however, information from internal shipping history
populates to new RMA line #2. No info populates to the existing RMA line #1
as it does FS92DMO which is PI11.
Also when RMA line #1 is deleted the line #2 stays #2
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a MSR
2. Create RMA and copy the MSR from internal history
2. Return to RMA
3. Now note down a blank line is copied as line 1
4.Deleting that line will leave the MSR lines in line#2 and next numbers. .
