Goal

Q1: Why does the academic advisement report of the student show as satisfied with ITEM_R_STATUS 'COMP' for ENTRY_R_TYPE 'KEYCAR' even if no requirement group was executed and empty advisement report generated?

Q2: Why does a requirement with a minimum GPA show as satisfied when the student has no calculated GPA?
