A Difference in BIP Data Source File Sequence Number appeared in a Compare report between Source and Target After Tax Update 17-D Applied on 9.1 to the Target

After applying tax update 17-D to our demo environment and then running a compare report, a file sequence number difference appeared in the BIP data source definitions contained in the project. The tax update file has 0 for the sequence, and our demo environment has 1.

What is the purpose of the sequence number in the BIP data source? Are there any issues we need to be aware of due to the sequence number difference? The compare report is attached. I also tried manually migrating the BIP data source from the file, but the sequence number difference remained.

Our environment:
- PeopleSoft HCM 9.1
- PeopleTools 8.52.14
- Bundle #10
- Tax Update 17-D
