Symptoms

Middle name is getting incorrectly printed in the initials tag of the FPS.

HMRC error -->

cvc-maxLength-valid: Value 'CHARLES' with length = '7' is not
facet-valid with respect to maxLength '5' for type
'#AnonType_InitialsNameEmployeeDetailsEmployeeFullPaymentSubmission'.essage>

Replication steps
==============
Ensure first name, middle name and last name are entered in personal data
Setup XML authentication details for pay entity
run payroll, rti prep and FPS in XML format
Observe output / error message
