ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Project chartfield analysis type does not flow from billing to GL.for manual bill.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All PC chartfields from line project info are in BI_ACCT_ENTRY table except analysis type.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter manual bill.
2. Populate all PC chartfields on bill line project info page.
3. Run single action job and check BI_ACCT_ENTRY table, all PC chartfield except analysis type is populated.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have correct chartfields in GL.
