EGL9.1: Page Times Out While Running Online Journal Edit/Post Process & No Process Instance Could Be Found In Process Monitor (Doc ID 2332793.1)

Upon attempting to edit/post a journal online from Journal entry lines page, page keeps spinning & ultimately time out after few mins. Also, no process instance could be seen in process monitor.

Steps to Replicate:
1. Create a journal or open an existing journal
2. Edit/post the online by selecting the corresponding process on Journal entry - Lines page

Actual Behavior:
Page keeps spinning & ultimately time out after few mins. No process instance found in process monitor.

Expected Behavior:
Journal should get edited & page shouldn't time out. Process should get submitted to process scheduler with an appropriate process instance.
