Symptoms
After applying all ACA patches up to PUM Image 24 and trying to run ACA_EXTRACT the system is failing

SQL Error: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply all the patches related to Affordable Care Act up to PUM Image#24
2. Run ACA_EXTRACT for one company (Benefits->ACA Annual Processing -> Create ACA Form Data -> ACA Data Extract)
3. Note that the system is failing with previous mentioned error.
