Symptoms

When attempting to adjust entitlement balances for an annual entitlement (no other entitlement process is run for the year) the adjustments are not reflected in the employee balance.

1. Entitlement is granted annually, and no other entitlement process is run during the period year (calendar or fiscal)
2. Navigate Global Payroll and Absence Management>Payee Data>Adjust Balances>Absences
3. Enter details to add more days/hours to an entitlement
4. Save the entry, run the take process. No adjustments have been made.
