E-MCF/AWE: EOAWEMC Fails With "Invalid Language Code Found For This Email(162, 1604)" Error (Doc ID 2333712.1)

Symptoms

On PeopleTools 8.55, Applications 9.2:

When EOAWEMC process runs, the Mails that are stored in the repository are stored in the Peoplesoft database one by one.

Nodes are configured for each language and are defined by MCF_Email_Lang_CD. Approval Emails are stored in the Peoplesoft database which requires verification of some key values including language code. This error occurs when a particular language code does not matches with the defined language codes.

 

Error Message:

Invalid Language Code found for this Email(162, 1604)
