Add/Update a Person not showing all Marital Status Values

The translate table for the field 'MAR_STATUS' has all translates checked as 'Active', but when users go to Add Update a Person, not all values are displayed.

All marital status values should be available to select from the drop-down list under Campus Community>Personal Information>Add Update a Person.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Campus Community>Personal Information>Add Update a Person.
2. Select an existing ID.
3. Review list of values for Marital Status.
