Issue:

When accessing FLUID GL Workcenter on the Journals Ready to Post page (as well as other pages in GL WorkCenter) , when you click on a journal in the list, it opens in a very small window that cannot be resized.
Steps to Replicate:
---------------------
1. Go to FLUID GL Workcenter
2. On the Journals Ready to Post page, click on a journal id in the list
3. Note that pop up window is too small and is not resizable.

1. Other pages that have similar kind of issue are
Journals Ready for Post
Submit Journals for Mass Approval
Pushed Back/Denied Journals for Rework
Journals with Errors
Journals with Balance Errors
Amortization Schedules
Budget Journal Exceptions
2. Mass Delete Journals and Amortization Schedule pages have separate bugs to address these issues.
