For Prospect Management, Users Are Unable to Access Inactive Ratings to Update Data

Ratings are not working properly. A user can search for a person’s ratings. However, only the Active rows show in the search results. This prevents users from adjusting or deleting any of the Inactive rows that may exist for a person. In CS 9.0, as user is able to search Ratings and have all of the ratings display so that you can access and adjust any or all of them – Active and Inactive.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contributor Relations > Prospect Management > Prospect Research > Ratings.
2. Search for an existing rating of a prospect for which it is known to be inactive.
