SQL Error When Clicking On Activate My Work Settings In Configure Pagelets

Symptoms

When clicking on 'Activate My Work Settings' push button in 'My Work' tab in any Work center Pagelet Configuration, the Following Error Occurs,

ERROR

'A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details'.

CallAppEngine: Application FSPC_UPD_USR: AppEngine error. (2,653) FSPC_ADMIN_CONFIG.GBL.FSPC_MYWORK_WRK.UPD_USER_CONFIG.FieldChange PCPC:1071 Statement:11

During a CallAppEngine builtin function call, the Application Engine detected an error. The Application Engine log may provide more information.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Main Menu ~ Enterprise Components ~ WorkCenter/Dashboards ~ Configure pagelets
2. Select any Configuration IS/Workcenter
3. Navigate to 'My Work' tab
4. Click on 'Activate My Work Settings' push button
5. The above Error occurs.
