Changing The Default Recipients Roles For Email Notifications Generated By Hire Employee Workflow

After employee is hired the mail gets triggered to people having Training Administrator Role.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Workforce admin-->Personal Information-->Biographical-->Add a person
2. Enter all the details and once saved,Job data page will open
3. Enter the details in Job page and click Save.
