Not possible to setup a born death in the system in order to only pay the birth allowance

Problem Description
Following to the Swiss legislation there exists the birth allowance for new born babies.
This also includes death newborn babies as long as the pregnancy had a duration of a certain time and the baby a certain weight.
However, the death newborn baby isn't eligible for the child allowance.
A death born baby has its birthday and day of death the same day (dependent information / Personal Profile ).
But a baby that dies the same day it is born also has both dates – birth and death - on the same day.
In the first case only the birth allowance shall be paid, in the second case both - the birth allowance and the family allowance (for the month of birth) - will be paid.

Actually there is no possibility to distinct clearly these two cases or to enter a death born baby in the screen « Define Family Allow Data – CHE » so the two cases could be distinct and correct allowance calculation done by the system. Both allowances are calculated for both cases and manual intervention is necessary in case a baby was born death.
