What are the criteria that a REQ should satisfy for the PO_AUTO_SRC process to pick it up for creating PO when "Staged Requisitions" checkbox is selected on PO Auto Source page (RUN_PO_AUTOSRC1).

How do we stage REQs that are created in PeopleSoft, whereas not interfaced from outside system.
