Grid Expand After Deleting Absence Or Absence Adjustment Row

When deleting an absence from Absence Event where there is only 1 absence, when the row is deleted, the page seems to become very large and the Save button is not visible. The only way the absence can be deleted is to expand the date range and refresh to show additional absences, however there is no workaround for associates who only have 1 absence in the system.
This is also an issue when attempting delete an existing absence adjustment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Management>Payee Data>Absence Maintenance>Absence Event.
2. Give the from & through date in a way that only one row appears.
3. Delete the row and observe page behavior.
