Service Indicator Reason Page Loses Field Alignement in View All Mode

On : 9.2 version, Service Indicator Set Up

On the Service Indicator Reason page, selecting View All causes fields to lose alignment on the Fluid Display section.

Expect the fields to retain their alignment.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set up SACR > Common Definitions > Service Indicator > Service Indicator Table > Service Indicator Reasons.
2. Click View All.
3. On Firefox and Chrome, the top section will skew to the right and the field alignment for the fluid section will be off. In IE just the field alignment is off.
