Anticipated Tax On INAS Extension 3 Does not Work

When attempting to update the Anticipated Tax field in the IM Extension 3 link and clicking OK, an error is returned indicating that numeric values are not being accepted. If you then attempt to use the Y or N values, an error with a message that only numeric values are allowed.

ERROR
-----------------------

If you use a numeric value this error is returned:
"Value must either be Y for Yes or N for No. (15,10)

The field is specified in the Application Designer as having valid values of Y or N. The value entered was not one of these. Change the value entered or see your system administrator to change the allowable values."

If you use a Y/N value this error is returned:

"Numeric Only field format error. Please reenter.

Only numeric characters are permitted in this field."


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Financial Aid --> Institutional Application Data --> Maintain Inst Appl 18/19
2. Enter EMPLID, Institution and Aid Year of 2019 will be grayed
3. Click on the IM link
4. Click on the Extension 3 link
5. Add a numeric value in either Parent/Student Anticipated Tax field.
6. Click OK
