IB HTTP Nodes Not Pinging After Upgrade From PT 8.53 To PT 8.56.01

Symptoms

On :  8.56.01 version, Integration Broker
        CRM 9.2


HTTPTARGET nodes have stopped working since upgrade. The ping gives a generic error:

 

Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721) occurs
 
 
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from PT 8.53 to PT 8.56. After the upgrade, the HTTPTARGET nodes have stopped working.
2. The ping gives a generic error: Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721)
 


One http URL maybe working fine when others are not.
