EGL9.2: Allocation Not Working Upon If Custom Fields Inserted Into TAO Tables After SEQUENCE_NBR_9 Column

When adding custom fields to the any allocation temp tables[addition of custom fields are required if those fields are to be used in pool/basis/target/offset tab],  Allocation process runs to success, but no journals are created.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Set up allocation step to have custom fields on pool/basis/target/offset tab field list.
2. Add custom fields to allocation temp tables.
   (Add fields after SEQUENCE_NBR_9 column. If this column is not present in temp table then custom fields can be added towards end of the record )
3. Include the allocation step in a process group.
4. Run Allocation process

Allocation should create journals
