"Case Arrivals Vs Closure" --> Agent Dashboard Giving Error

On : 9.2 version, Reports on MS SQL database

When attempting to check the "Case Arrivals vs Closures" Pivot grid in the Pivot Grid Wizard
the following error occurs on the last step.

Generic error while executing the Query datasource. (268,91) PT_PGPACKAGE.PT_PGInformation.OnExecute Name:GetAllDimensionValues PCPC:72355 Statement:1268
Called from:PTPG_WIZ_DISP.Activate Statement:318

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Login to the Application, Navigate to Reporting Tools -> Pivot Grid-> Pivot Grid Wizard
2 Search the “Case Arrival Vs Closure” pivot grid with Name: RC_AGT_ARRIVAL_CLOSURE_TILE
3 Navigate through all the steps till 4, by clicking on “Next “ button:
4 On the 5th step getting the error, once click on the “Next” button on the Step 4:
