Smart HR Transaction Giving User Generic Service Error (18137, 9) Instead Of Specific Error (6650, 315) for ESP (Doc ID 2339781.1)

Symptoms

Smart HR Transaction (formerly template based hire) gives the user a "Generic Service Error" instead of the actual error message from the page.

Generic Service Error (18137, 9)


Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to Workforce Administration > Smart HR Template > Smart HR Transactions
2. Log in to DEMO as PS
3. Select Template KE1_SALES_DEPT and Click on "Create Transaction"
4. On "Enter Transaction Details" page, click on "Continue"
5. Fill in the following fields with any value, unless otherwise noted
• First Name
• Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Leave Birth Country as ESP
• Birth State
• Gender
• Marital Status
• Leave National ID Type unchanged (DNI)
• National ID, use a value that does not have the correct alphabetic letter at the end, 99991212A works
• Address
• Leave Job Code Unchanged
• Leave Comp Rate Code unchanged
• Compensation Rate
6. Click on "Save and Submit"
7. Receive "Generic Service Error (18137, 9) instead of error specific to this issue 6650, 315.
