Denial emails are being received by users even though their user accounts are locked
In the AWE transaction configuration , user has configured up on denial of a template the notification(both email, worklist) should be sent to approvers(users with specific role), requester.
Customer has noticed that the users who have an user account that has been locked , but still has the Approver role are receiving email notifications. Why is this happening?
