Any customizations on the pages/processes related to this issue you reported: No

After document refresh, page break is inserted after clause with 'Insert Page Break Prior' checked

1. Create new Bind Wizard String
2. Create a new Question Group
3. Create a new Wizard
4. Add a new rule
5. Add 4 clauses with the page break A1 B1 A2 B2
6. Go back to A1 and alternate A2, go back to B1 and add alternate B2, Add rule to the alternates
7. Create a new Document Configurator
8. Create a new document type
9. Create a new document
10. Pages will break as expected
11. Refresh the document, change values and the first page break is ignored
