Equitization undo fails with below message. This message is due to accidentally creating a 2nd request with the same parameters as the first request all in the same request.
Undo Previous Process specified and more than one processes found in the log
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to Equitization Request
2. Enter Request #1
3. Enter Request #2 with the same parameters
4. Run the request
