Symptoms

Issue:

Perform Reconciliation - Disabling a status returns the following error before the page displays successfully:

'Fetching array element 10: index is not in range 1 to 9. (180,252) GLRN_SECURITY.GBL.GLRN_SECURITY.RowInit  PCPC:5320  Statement:65
While fetching the value of an array element, the index was not within the  length of the array.'

Steps to Replicate:
---------------------
1.  Navigate to General Ledger > Perform Reconciliation > Configurations > Statuses/Reasons
2.  Disable by unchecking the 'Enable' checkbox for any of the Status rows and save.
3.  Navigate to General Ledger > Perform Reconciliation > Configurations > Security.
