Steps to replicate
--------------------------
1. Set Tree for Business Unit (GP_BU_TREE)
2. Set Tree for Account (GL_ACCT_TREE)
3. Run Tree Flattener: Rows inserted to DL_TFLT_BU
4. Set up Allocation Step with Pool defined for Tree GL_ACCT_TREE
5. Run FS_ALLC process
