Symptoms

Issue:- Incremental SES process not updating the catalogs when an existing tree is updated

Steps To Reproduce the Issue:-
1) Enable the “Non Dynamic Range” option in the installment.
2) Create a new Tree.Add four child nodes.
a)Items belong to the same category as that of the node
b)Items belong to different category as that of the node
c) Some items belong to the category as that of the node and some do not belong
d) single item belonging to same category as that of the node
3) Setup the Catalog security for the User
4)Run the SES Full index
5)Login with the user and check that all the proper items are displaced
7.Now run the Incremental Index
6)Login with the user.No changes in the results
7) Run the SES Full index and the results are updated with the changes made

Workaround:-To run the Full Index
