Overrided Category Value On Requisition Settings Page Is Not Updated On Requisition Lines (Doc ID 2340424.1)

User updates Requisition Settings to include different item category and selects override radio button and OK, the existing Lines Item Category is not updated as expected.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1.eProcurement > Requisition > Enter Special Request UOM - EA and Category - Hardware 

2.Add to Cart  > Checkout  

3.Click on Requisition Settings  

4.Select Override > Enter Category - Monitor and UOM - BOX 

5.Click Ok  

6.You will receive message - 

Retrofit field changes to all existing requisition lines/schedules not already sourced to POs. (10150,296) 

Click Ok  

7.On Réquisition Lines UOM is updated to Box but Category is not updated
