In PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions , when a user attempts clicks on an item in his/her Evaluation Worklist, it can take very long for an evaluation to open.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(Pre-requisite: A high volume (approx 25.000) of rows exist in the evaluation worklist record.)

1. Campus Community > Evaluation Management System > Evaluation Worklist
2. Click on a 'Select' link of an evaluation.
