Error Message "Class %1 Method %2 Field %3 Invalid" When Trying To Reset Password For External Applicant (Doc ID 2341474.1)

When External Applicant is attempting to reset the password, the following error occurs. This happens only for some Applicants.

"class %1 method %2 field %3 invalid”

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an External Applicant
2. Click on Sign In and then 'Forgot Password'
3. If Valid Email Address is mentioned as part of Applicant registration, a temporary password is sent to that Mail
4. Try to Login using that password and the above error occurs
