4 Countries Provided In The Country Table Without 2Char ISOCODE (Doc ID 2341490.1)

After upgrade to 9.2.014, 4 countries provided in the Country table without 2Char ISOCODE.If user choose one of these countries in the passport prompt table and therefore we got an error during the validation process for an Swiss Child Allocation File which should provide the 2Char ISOCODE for the country.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Issue is simply due to the possibility for users to choose these countries in the prompt table in the passport data. The Oracle development for Swiss Payroll uses the Countries 2Char values for the files to send with "Swissdec" standard (validation against ISO 3166).
