Return Code 08006 "Invalid datatype specified" Error When Running Advisement Report Cobol Process (Doc ID 2341832.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to tools 8.55, advisement reports run on the application server return the following error.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report.
  2. Run a report for any student.
  3. Error will occur.

Upgrade PeopleTools version to 8.55
