Performance Issue in Review Par Location Count Page (Doc ID 2343523.1)

While opening the Review Par Location Count Page for the first-time system is taking significant amount of time (Close to 3 min). Subsequent times, system is taking around 1 min. Since the table PS_CART_CT_INF_INV get new data added very frequently (due to new Par Counts), at the issue moment, it has about 8 million rows, in every 2-3 days, when user performs the first search they have to wait 2-3 min. And at all other times they have to wait around 1 min to open the page. It was noticed in the trace that system is running the select on the view PS_CART_CT_KEY_VW that is taking a lot of time.


Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Go to Inventory > Replenish Par Location > Review Par Location Count
2. It took almost 3 minutes to open the ‘Review Par Location Count’ page
