Symptoms
Commitment Control - Budget checking overdue charges
When attempting to budget check overdue charges, "Budget Definition Not Found" error occurs.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run overdue charge process.
2. Run ARUPDATE.
3. Navigate to Commitment Control > Review Budget Check Exceptions > Revenues > Revenue Estimate. Exception: Budget Definition not Found
