The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Update Address Format for Spain. Enable Address 3;
Step 2: Update Customer Address: Use ESP as the country and add value of length 55 in Address3 field;
Step 3: Create an invoice for the above customer and address and run Invoice Extract process by either running Proforma or finalization Job;
