On : 9.2 version, TL Installation and Setup
TL_RAPIDTIME Process regroups the hours at TL_RAPID_TIME
We are in the middle of an upgrade and while testing the rapid time load process TL_RAPIDTIME, we have noticed that the rapid time rows (used to be 6 as per screenshot later) are regrouped to become 4 rows. Our business would like to know if there is a configuration that would stop this from happening. The client would like to see that the hours reported as two separate rows because they come from two different shifts on the same day.
Is there a way to prevent regrouping the Rapid Time hours under the same TRC after the TL_RAPID_TIME runs?
