ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When invoking INAS to calculate the IM Estimated Family Contribution (EFC), the total income is showing zero, when income has been reported. The specific case identified so far is a student reporting Social Security Benefits but no other income.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The total income field is expected to show all taxed and untaxed income reported.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Calculate INAS from the Maintain Application 2018-2019 component
2. Review computation summary tab

 

WHAT IS WORKING
-----------------
In most situations the total income is showing correctly. The scenario with the SS Benefits - and no other income - is the only one identified so far

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users' concern is that the calculated EFC will not be correct
